The game doesn't use Title as the title screen, it uses E3 Title. Title is in fact the Alpha, but missing the "Demo Version" logo. Now something else you didn't know: the Build before this one had multiplayer functionalities! You likely remember this video?

Yes, this is a part of the Title Screen from E3 2005.
Meaning that it was searching for other DS’es right from the title screen.
And you remember the video of NeoWynaut?
This is a hack, where the Title and E3_Title were swapped. This means that the swap only recognize the files, which the game can read.
