Power Sliding

At first, the music.
The intro, as well as the finish music, are both from the Grand Prix Mode.
Sliding also differs.
Look at this:
PS1.png
In Final, it shows you yellow arrows while drifting, in Beta, it's red.
PS2.png
Even while Power Sliding, the arrows remain red.

Release the R button, and the arrows explode.

Mushrooms and after finishing

PS4.png
Mushrooms still indicate blue arrows, but the exact location of using it, remains at the same location.
PS5.png
After you finish, the bottom screen gets glitched up.
Also note the camera, which is always on the same location.

After finish options

It'll make only the fanfare music, after that, nothing gets played.
PS6.png
You'll not see them, but the options are the following:

  • Restart race (then you'll battle your Ghost).
  • Course Select (Only the Select button will work.)
  • Character Select (the normal one).
  • Replay race (yes, with camera view!).
  • Exit.

Ghost

Completing the stage you played, you can restart the race with a ghost.
Although you've been that ghost, it stops racing at a specific point, for some reason.
Also, the ghost makes the same sound like you do, what you might feel drunk.
PS7.png
The ghost is waiting for no reason at all.

Replay

For some reason, the camera is static after racing, while it's dynamic in Replay.
You'll only hear the intro, final lap, and finish music at certain points, during Replay.
